cate.. thanks

completed watching the movie blue jasmine just a few minutes back. and from the past few days, i have like 4 to 5 topics on which i thought of blogging. but i ignored them. and suddenly today, a person's 'acting' made me blog about it.

the scene starting from 01:33:03 to 01:35:03, cate blanchett acted very realistic and melancholic. i think that everything (not just acting) in that scene justifies why you got an oscar. i can relate that scene to many things that i saw in my life. especially, to people who talks to themselves on the road, in railway stations, dustbins, footpaths, etc., i can imagine the life those people might have gone through before turning mentally unstable. people they trusted might have betrayed them so badly, and the stress resulted from that puts enormous pressure on the nerve cells, and also in the blood vessels which grows as severe head aches & high blood pressure. after that stress and pressure crosses a threshold, it must be the reason which drags people to a stage where they talk to themselves on streets on a hot day or in a chilly night, without minimum dress to cover their body, without a warm shelter, where there won't be anyone to listen to them and share their pain.
after watching cate on the screen of my laptop as a mentally unstable person, so close. as i didn't get a chance & didn't dare to go near them or let them come sit beside me, i decided to try talking to them and share their pain even if they tend to harm me. because i feel that not every talking-to-self person bites, as there would be people like cate, who just want to be received in a good way and just want a genuine love.

'english movies have inspired me and taught me many life lessons since the past two years and i am sure that they will continue to do the same in the future' are two of the many reasons why i like hollywood movies very much and prefer to watch mostly.

and, am i a retard?
